Good thoughts needed

My Mum is in hospital with a broken ankle after slipping on ice outside her hairdressers. She's a couple of weeks short of 82 so this is definitely not a good thing. Any healing thoughts directed towards Kingston will be gratefully received.

In other news, our boiler has broken down and murphys_lawyer has just gone into town to pick up what seems to be about the last heater in Argos.

I hope the heater is as good as the one we bought (from Curry's) to keep us reasonably warm while they were replacing the boiler...
