Painting done.  Now trying to work out how to make briefcases and fedoras.  Good excuse for not doing the gardening I keep putting off anyway.

stiff paper or light card for the briefcases. You might even manage the fedoras out of that too.

Ended up making laptop bags instead of briefcases. Easier to make something that opened and shut that way. The hats will use the same basic card template as last years Uncle Sams but I may have to use cloth for the top to get them to drop in the middle. The original idea was thin felt but I couldn't find anything that looked right.
