Mungo puss has taken to draining his water dish over night to the point where he's been pushing it across the kitchen floor. He's otherwise his usual self but he's seeing the vet at 12.45.

I hope everything is fine.

Pets are a bigger worry than kids.

Tell me about it. At least the kid can tell you what it feels like.

:-(

Mildly worried, but at least if it's what it sounds like, it's manageable.

I'm hoping it isn't what it sounds like but if it is then yeah.

If it is, then treatment is much better these days.

But I hope it's not.

The vet doesn't seem too worried but not being optimistic till the blood tests come back.

Dakota refuses to drink out of anything so mundane as a water dish - and has taken to letting us know that the tap in the bathroom has *not* been left running. Loudly.

Hope Mungo is ok.

You have a picky cat. If Mungo has developed anything then at least we're catching it early.
