So Ken has no chance at all?

Am I right in recalling that d'Artagnan's squeeze getting offed by one of the baddies?

Long time since I've read it. Looking at the plot and tie-in dolls for this thing it looks like Barbie -is- d'Artagnan. Check the tat in the link in my reply to Erik.

The plot!?! (aargh)

Barbie stars as Corrine, who longs to join the Musketeers. When she leaves her country home for Paris, she meets three other girls who want to be Musketeers, too. But when they discover an evil plot to kidnap Prince Louis, they must all put their talents to the test to save him and the kingdom! Can Corrine and her friends save the prince in time, and will they all fulfill their dreams of becoming Musketeers? After all, with friendship on their side, it is one for all and all for one.

That is just so wrong. It should of course be Prince Ken.

Bring on the Marx Brothers

We're four of the Three Musketeers,
We've been together for years,
Athos, Patos, Mathos (horn) -
We're four of the Three Musketeers!

We'll fight for the Queen, for the King, for the Jack,
And we'll fight at the front when the front's at the back.
Three cheers for Richelieu -
here's how we give him the cheers (Bronx)
It's one for all and two for five
We're four of the Three Musketeers!
