This movie is starting to look very interesting indeed...  I saw some of the original series when it was re-run in the 90s and Depp would make a very cool Barnabus indeed IMO.  With Burton on board its got to be cast that way.

It's definitely one that I would drag Himself (who doesn't do films) out to see. I remember the original series from my yoof.

I am SO looking forward to this....

DS was recently shown on SCI-FI, which was fangtastic! I only remember bits of it from my yoof and was delighted to see Michael (THE PRETENDER)T. Weiss in it as well.

I've got a couple of reference books about the show somewhere in my library. Really must dig it out and browse again, just to brush up in preparation for the movie.
