Just back from the dentist after having this done. I had to have it because I managed to get an infection under a posted crown ad it was the only way to sort it without destroying the tooth. Worst part? After the surgery I was told NO BOOZE FOR THREE DAYS!!! and it's Novacon tomorrow! If they'd told me that before I made the appointmant I'd have had it done next week (sob).

Oh dear, that's a fair bit of a downer on Con socialising...

Hope the tooth is at least better as a result.

The dentist said it went well but for the moment it's still sore from the work. Since this was done by the dental school rather than my regular dentist it should be fine.
