After packing the kids off to bed after seeing the fireworks in London I settled down with murphys_lawyer , a glass of bourbon, a large tub of twiglets and a cheesy vampire movie. There are worse ways to see in the new year.

Let this one be better than the last.

Link to the IMDb doesn't work for me. Wasn't Lust for a Vampire was it, as I saw that was on last night.

Entered the new year listening to Stockhausend and with a glass of Laphroaig myself.

That was the one. A film so bad that Ingrid Pitt refused to do it after reading the script. Since she'd already played Carmilla a couple of years earlier in The Vampire Lovers she probably had a point.
