I've finally heard from the education department. Hal's transport has been arranged and he transfers to his new school on Monday. All we need to know now is what time the bus will be picking him up.

He's going straight in full time instead of being eased in as they originally wanted but it's just not practical any other way since I never bothered getting my car license. He should be OK I think.
